I'm Zoé Stroyer,

I am a Functional Hormone Specialist & Nutrition Coach.

 

I was diagnosed with PMDD and endometriosis in my early years. The symptoms were intense and disruptive, and I often felt limited by my cycle. That experience led me to pursue advanced training in nutrition and holistic health.

I struggled for years with painful bloating all month long, excruciating period pain, debilitating depression and anxiety to the point where I couldn't function socially or at work for most of the month, every month.

While these are complex conditions that require individualized medical care, foundational lifestyle changes helped me to dramatically improve my quality of life and regain stability in my cycle.

 

Today, I help women better understand their bodies, support hormone balance through foundational lifestyle shifts, and replace confusion with clarity — so they can experience steadier cycles, improved energy, and renewed resilience
